Our primary service is the provision of project and program management services. We also offer advisory services designed to improve our clients’ internal project delivery capability.

 

Innovia was founded in response to a large and growing need for more predictable project outcomes. There is plenty of evidence to show that traditional contracting models have not consistently delivered the results that project owners have relied on to meet their business targets. We believe there is a better way.

 

We prefer to engage with clients early in the project lifecycle, supporting them with advisory services, project staffing, training, project management systems or a comprehensive project/program management service tailored to fit each client's requirements. In consultation with our clients, we identify and implement a project governance model, including business process and project information management systems, that are timely, consistent and transparent.

 

Our principals each have over 25 years of experience in project planning, procurement, project controls, process control systems, commissioning and turn-over. Through our internal resources, and those of our strategic partners, we can assemble a project team to best suit the unique needs of each project assignment.
